CONFERENCE PROPOSAL FORM

The following sections explain the submission procedure via the ICST AGORA platform and serve to collect all the relevant information that the community members will be able to read before evaluating your submitted proposal.

Please, note that all fields should be properly filled to complete the submission process. To assist with this please feel free to review a Sample Conference Proposal Form.

Submission Procedure

Your submitted Conference Proposal Form will be first reviewed by the ICST Events Department. This review only serves to ensure that proposals published for community voting comply with the content requirements and fall within the technical purview of ICST. Validated proposals become available for open voting by community members via the ICST AGORA where double-blind voting system ensures the full confidentiality of both the proposal submitters and evaluators. Proposals receiving sufficient community support will be endorsed by ICST once all final approvals have been obtained.
