The Publications Chair is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of all publication related materials published in relation to the conference, including the official Conference Proceedings, Best Papers Publications and Web 2.0 Publication Tools. During this process, the Publications Chair has to work closely with the Technical Program Committee Chair, study the basic principles of the Paper Submission and Review Process and learn the basic functions of ICST’s Paper Management System (ASSYST).
