Promotional materials are primarily to be disseminated by the members of the Organizing Committee through their own mailing lists and professional networks. To maximize the outreach of the promotional materials, ICST’s Conference Promotion Department assists the conference organizers by posting conference specific information on ICST portals and Internet based conference calendars, and by disseminating promotional materials on ICST’s extensive mailing lists. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is the Publicity Chair who is primarily responsible for ensuring that conference related promotional materials reach the widest spectrum of potential conference participants.
